This will act as benchmark/reference point for seed procured by farmer after the harvest. These seeds have to be cleaned and processed at farmer level before it is procured by the institute or beneficiaries. The seeds procured from farmers were physically inspected for quality parameters. After ensuring requisite quality, farmers are paid as per agreed upon prices. If farmers were willing to keep entire produce and sell on his behalf, he was assisted for safe grain storage.
